Happy Thanksgiving

Have a wonderful long weekend, all my American friends and family. Make sure to enjoy some kind of baked good for me! Note: I do enjoy pumpkin.

I'm going to take a few days off to decompress from the rather busy turn my life has taken lately - and try to prepare for Xmas while I'm at it.

See you next week. xo

  1. i hope you are doing well my dear! i know life can be rather hectic, and sometimes blogging just has to wait.

thank you so much for the comment you left for me. you are right, you are smart, you are caring, and you have a good head on your shoulders. i am trying not to fret too much -- tests are scary, but things might just work out one way or another. :)

  2. have a nice time off. happy thanksgiving!

  3. With halāl Turkey, gluten free corn pudding, and collard greens made with olive oil, miso, and vegetable stock rather than dry-cured bacon, we managed to satisfy two very different dietary restrictions AND meet all the necessary requirements for a solidly traditional Thanksgiving feast.

I hope all is well. Take care.

  4. ooh taking days off eh?
    i see how it is!
    (i'm jealous!)

  5. I'm with you on the time out and busy life thing. I've got time now again and was great to catch up on your posts xx

  6. Enjoy your time off. And, just for you, I will have that last piece of pumpkin pie.

  7. Surely, gentle K-Line, you have caught up by now! ;-)

  8. thank you so much for your sweet comment. i have been drinking and fretting more than normal lately, so tonight i don't even need wine. i am high as a kite naturally. hahahah! that is a first! :)

  9. Thanks Pink!

    J: I'm so glad my hunch - I mean "genius" - was correct. :-)

    D.: You are modern pilgrims!

    Kate: Thanks so much...

Jennine: When you're in Korea, I'll be jealous :-)

Bel: You really are a giver. Thank you! :-)

J: Well I hope you had wine just for fun, then!

  10. Thank you. Sorry to be so late in acknowledging your kind wishes.
