Though I'm rarely this far north (note: the joke is that "real Torontonians" don't venture "north of Bloor" and this is WAY past that), I just happened to be on the Don Valley Parkway last week when - no shit - it looked just like this.
Happy 40th to my friend Hilary and happy birthday to you Monkey.
I spent quite a few hours in the TO airport last week, and while that was not particularly inspiring ;) the view flying in and out was lovely---gorgeous fall colours everywhere. The leaves here are all long gone, although after our wet summer we did have some lovely colours for a change (for about a week ;) )
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a painting. If the highways looked like that here I would love to drive. Beautiful!xoxo
ReplyDeleteStunning photo!
ReplyDeleteI am jealous! We don't really get lush Fall colors here in Northern California.
ReplyDeleteAh, I'm so envious that you live in a place with Fall Color™.
ReplyDeleteThat is so amazing. You lucky Canadians: healthcare and scenery.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful shot of TO! I'll be there in December, and would love to meet up if you have time for a cup of coffee!
ReplyDeleteThanks all.
ReplyDeletePseu: Ha! I love the TM...
Denise: Oh, it all looks good till January!
Dora: Bien sur!
