Apparently, by special time offer, at Holt's if you spend $1000.00 you get an Elie Tahari sweater (retail value $298). And if you spend $1500, you get a Tahari line necklace (retail value $450).
Too bad I just spent my whole $1500.00 bi-montly budget on clothes last weekend. Damn.

It's amazing how good the promotions are these days. I'm just stunned by some of the offers I've been seeing.
ReplyDeleteI like it better when they give you gift cards and you can decide how you are going to get for your reward.
ReplyDeleteThey're having lots of promotions these days... I think it's because of the crisis.

I agree with Belette, I like the gift cards better so I can pick just what I want, but the promotions are getting incredible.
ReplyDeleteSonja: The deal is good, but the outlay is big!
ReplyDeleteBel: I know, even though I really like Tahari, it gives you choice.
Seeker: I hear you, but these people aren't really being hit so hard, are they? Or they'd be going to the Gap! :-)
Mardel: Even though my natural impulse is to score every deal possible, sometimes you just have to draw the line! :-)
Your budget's way bigger than mine (and I bet you work way harder too).
ReplyDeleteE8: I soooo hope that my sarcasm was vaguely in evidence with this post. NO way no how do I have that budget for clothing. And I'm sure you work extremely hard!
