Urban Gem

A while ago, I walked by this driveway only to discover a sweet urban niche...

I do love a little surprise.

  3. Don't you feel a little booze would be in order - like Campari or a G & T (just to get the most out of the dim remainder of summer??) Not that I dis cookies.

  4. Ah I love places like this. A nice book & a nice hot chocolate will be enough!

  5. Little surprises are one of my favourite things in the world - Campari or G&T would be good (those are my all time favourite drinks) but I think a big jug of Pimms would be best for that summer vibe!

  6. I loooove alleyways and little nooks at the end. A G&T sounds great about now!

  10. Outdoor spaces in the urban jungle are always a treat!

  13. Yiqin: Hot chocolate would be good today!

Skye: How amazing that those are your faves! Come on over and bring some Australian treats!

Miss C: Nooks are so special. And they are everywhere in my neighbourhood, fortunately.

Seeker: It was so secluded, but right there.

E: You summed it up perfectly - it's clever use of space.

Hammie: Does this remind you of Australia?

CC: We're all having G&Ts so don't miss out on the fun...

Raven: I agree, they are the one thing I'd change. But given that this little enclave has no fencing and is right in the downtown core, maybe they're concerned about investing in "good" outdoor furniture. It might go walking, after all.

N: Thanks! I love your icon...
