What I Wore Today...

I'm having a Wardrobe Remix moment...

The vintage skirt a few weeks ago:

The vintage skirt today:

I realize the first photo is cuter but, smiliness aside, which top do you prefer?

  1. Hmmm . . . I'm loving the scoop neck . . .

  2. I like the blue top with the skirt.

  3. I'm going to go against the grain and say the top one, although not by much. They're both very nice, and they both suit you—especially the necklines. How is it that you can rock every single neckline?

    I'm jealous.

  4. Both tops are nice, but the combo of the blue and red is more exciting.

  5. Miss C and Y: Great minds think alike!

E: You do like to buck the trend. Alas, I wish I looked great in every neckline but it's just spin. Two lines that I love that rarely work (re: boobs) - without serious foundation, that is - are the halter and strapless. Thanks so much for that lovely compliment though. It's making me realize that I can wear lots of necklines and that's fantastic!

    IM: Thank you!

    Thanks Chester.

Wendy, I think I agree with you, though I'm ambivalent about how the blue shirt works at the waist. BTW, love your new comment photo...

  6. I'm with enc on the black top, and also on the mystery of how well you wear tops in general, including a variety of necklines that would make others look like fullbacks.

  7. I'm partial to the first one. You can't beat a sweetheart neckline ...

  8. I like them both. The blue and red have a nice pop together!

  9. I prefer the black. The skirt needs to speak for itself. :)

  10. Suzanna: Thanks for that amazing compliment. I think we're going to have to give some credit to the photographer :-)

    Thanks, Sal!

Rebecca: Are you a Libra, by any chance? :-)

Thanks for your feedback, Molly. I vacillate between concurring with you and thinking the blue gives it a more whimsical edge. Guess it's lucky I can try it both ways!
