Here's the polka-dot pink dress I made - on me!
Gotta say, I'm really enjoying it. I've worn it three times since I made it a couple of weeks ago. Oh, and it cost $10.00 in material (eeek!). Ok, it also cost 14 hours in labour, but I'm ok with that.

Lottie: Thank you so much. I'm learning!
WendyB: Merci pookie.
Stacy: Thank you so much! Means a lot coming from you...
Mardel: So much of my sewing accomplishments to date are thanks to you xo

Kate: It's slow going, but so worth it. I can't wait to see what you do with your new machine. get it soon!
Stacey (Anymommy): That is such a high compliment. Keep in mind I don't have 4 children needing my love and attention. You'll be running the world - and sewing if you choose - in a few years when those babies are more independent!
Shallow Coffee: Thanks! I haven't worn those boots in ages. I'm happy they came to mind before the photo shoot.
Andrea: Compliments from you are never creepy. Thanks! xo
Lydia: Ha! I'll never tell. And thank you. Can't wait to see what you do in your new sewing space.
