Winter Warmth

I've been keeping the florist in business lately:

I actually have more bouquets than reasonable places to put them. Guess those are the troubles to have...

I meant to wait for my big splurge till later in the week, shortly before my parents arrive, so that all the flowers would be as lush as possible. I hope I don't have to restock at the last minute.

  3. Loving these! When I got to our Vanc'r apartment this week, Paul had strung mini-lights all over AND had a vase of tulips (WHITE! maxi-points for my guy!) AND a gorgeous orchid (potted) in glorious deep-magenta bloom. Really, this is what we need in winter's dark -- lights and florist's joys! (oh, and chocolate and wine and . . . )
