Your Brownie story is great. I love how they got you to put your handprints on the shirt. That's a keepsake for sure.K.Linehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15350615302797686048noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606088928583067206.post-82235857618651125252008-04-16T00:50:00.000-04:002008-04-16T00:50:00.000-04:00You TOTALLY planned out all the details. Reminds me of when I was a brownie girl scout. At our first slumber party, our troupe leader gave us all t-shirts and paint and we dipped our hands in the pant and stamped all the t-shirts (and wrote our names beneath our hand print). I still have that t-shirt to this day. xo.etoilee8https://www.blogger.com/profile/07267205544780686085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606088928583067206.post-76193160425011978532008-04-14T11:17:00.000-04:002008-04-14T11:17:00.000-04:00Poppy: Neither was mine! (Thank God for lipstick or I'd look a bit cadaverous today.) As usually happens - apparently - my kid was the most challenging one of the lot. As an only child in a house full of friends with siblings, she didn't really have the skills to work her will at all times. And, as an only child, when no other kids are around, I have to say she usually does get her way... Nonetheless, I think all will remember the evening fondly, except for my husband and I who will try to forget :-)

Miss C: I'm not proud but my refrain for the evening was: Please don't touch the walls! The narrow house has its downsides.

IHeart: Now that I've done super style, I think one friend for the night would be rather doable. Esp. since you already know what having more than one kid around is like. (This is where I was in the dark.)

Clothes Horse and Yulanda: I think they did have fun and they looked so matchy cute.

Enc: As I was yelling at them to brush their teeth and get into bed, I wasn't such a good mom. I was more of an adequate mom :-)

Bronwyn: Who needs the QT?! Mommy's having grape juice:-)

SKM: Thanks for your post. I just checked out your blog which looks like some fun reading. I think they did have a good time, and I have the rest of the day to recover!K.Linehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15350615302797686048noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606088928583067206.post-22787158088524193182008-04-13T05:32:00.000-04:002008-04-13T05:32:00.000-04:00Sounds divine.
